Hi Folks, just back from an amazing trip to Memphis. Tennessee, actually. Friends and family asked, 'Why Memphis?' Well, food, music, culture, and lots of new (to me) things to see. Not to mention about thirty degrees warmer than Columbus. And what a fun, wonderful, friendly place. Southern hospitality is no mere catch-phrase in Tennessee. The people are warm and sincere, the food is rich and soulful, and the state is varied and colorful. I'll share more as I slowly digest my week. Meanwhile, enjoy my favorite vintage Johnny Cash song.
